New building and rooms with a bathtub rather than a walk-in shower. Location next to the trucks, and the river. Also, in the desert for one thing.

For the price we paid, we got great value. The room was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable overnight stay. The location was convenient, especially if you want to be near Topock or away from the busier cities. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and we felt well taken care of throughout our stay.
The breakfast could have been better with a wider variety of options.

The staff at this hotel were very helpful and understanding of our concerns. They tried their best to resolve the issues we had quickly. Also, the room seemed to be clean and the bed was surprisingly comfortable.
The location and feel of the neighborhood were not up to my expectations. The building looked very run-down and the area didn't feel safe.
